If you have not received an e-mail to say your goods have been dispatched, you may be able to change or cancel your order. If you would like to do so, please call our customer service department on 0845 094 2598 with the reference number from the e-mail you received acknowledging your order. If your goods have already been dispatched, you will need to wait to receive your order and then return it in accordance with our Returns Procedure.
