Items in stock are usually dispatched within 24 hours of order (or of payment clearing in the case of payment by cheque).

The following information applies to deliveries within the United Kingdom. Please contact us for delivery times and charges to other locations. We are now able to send goods to the USA and Canada, please contact us for a quote.

Standard delivery

Our standard delivery method is dependant on the parcel size, we will use either DHL or Royal Mail’s standard parcel service. Your parcel should arrive within 3 to 5 days of dispatch. We dispatch parcels from Monday to Friday only.

£3.95 for orders under £50.00

Special delivery

Please telephone us on 0845 094 2598 to see if we can help you with any special delivery requirements. In particular, please call before 12 noon to ensure the item is in stock if you would like next day delivery. A signature will be required for the following delivery methods.

Please note that we only dispatch orders between Monday and Friday, this applies to Next Day Deliveries. Thus an order made on either Saturday or Sunday would not be dispatched (pending stock availability) until Monday and in the case of next day delivery will be delivered on Tuesday.
