Items in stock are usually dispatched within 24 hours of order (or of payment clearing in the case of payment by cheque).

The following information applies to deliveries within the United Kingdom. Please contact us for delivery times and charges to other locations (we are currently unable to deliver to the United States or Canada).

Standard delivery

Our standard delivery method is Royal Mail’s standard parcel service. Your parcel should arrive within 3 to 5 days of dispatch.

FREE for orders over £50.00

£3.95 for orders under £50.00

Special delivery

Please telephone us on 0845 094 2598 to see if we can help you with any special delivery requirements. In particular, please call before 12 noon to ensure the item is in stock if you would like next day delivery. A signature will be required for the following delivery methods.

Cost: (in addition to standard charges above)

£5.00 for next (or named) day delivery before 1pm

£7.00 for Saturday morning delivery

£9.00 for next (or named) day delivery before 9am
